• Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables as defined in the agreement

Softtonia reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement.

5. Payments & Billing

• Fees, milestones, and payment schedules are defined in project agreements

• Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe

• Late payments may result in suspension of services

• Payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary, technical, or business information shared during the engagement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., hosting providers, APIs, analytics tools). Softtonia is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of such third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Either party may terminate a service agreement:
